giveaway rules + eligibility

 
 

  1. Entry. One entry allowed per entrant. Your submission enters you to win one of seven giveaway items. There is no cost required to enter.

  2. Eligibility. Entrants must be an email subscriber to win and complete the entry form above before 11:59 PM (EST) on December 30, 2021. US and International residents are eligible. See delivery details below for potential shipping costs. All entrants must be 18+ to enter.

  3. Deadline. Giveaway entry is open from 9:00 AM (EST) on December 23, 2021 through 11:59 PM (EST) on December 30, 2021. All eligible entries must be submitted between this time frame to be considered.

  4. Winners. Winners are selected at random from the eligible entries. One winner per giveaway item. Winners will be notified on December 31, 2021 via email and/or Instagram DM provided.

  5. Giveaway Prizes. For a complete list of Giveaway prizes, see gallery above. Selection of prizes will be determined at random and based on availability. Giveaway prizes must be claimed within 24-48 hours of winner notification.

  6. Claiming Your Prize. Winner has 48 hours from notification to accept or forfeit giveaway prize. If the prize if forfeited, another entrant will be selected at random.

  7. Delivery. Shipping costs will be covered by the Femme Project up to $10 USD. Delivery outside the continental U.S. will be eligible but may incur additional costs above $10 USD. Winners will be notified of any potential shipping costs prior to shipping.

  8. Suspension of Giveaway? The Femme Project reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify or any part of the giveaway, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the The Femme Project’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by the Femme Project in its sole discretion. The Femme Project reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of a giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
