Into The Fold is a unique, informational project focused on creative activism, within the #RespectHerSex movement, challenging misconceptions about female sexuality. Inspired by the public nature and visibility inherent in street art, origami vulvas, connected to a unique fact card, are placed in public spaces for public view. The individual pieces exhibit bold statements of research-based facts about female sexuality, physiology, arousal, orgasm and more. The folds of the paper vulva entice the viewer and the facts spark curiosity and dialogue surrounding how we perceive women and sex. Because facts matter, and truth creates a foundation for understanding, empowerment and respect for her sex. Welcome to the fold.
